Why is City Rummy not on playstore?
City Rummy, being a real money gaming app that shall strictly be accessed by users above 18 years of age and by users of selected states (all states except for the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya Sikkim and Nagaland). How do I register/sign up for City Rummy ?
Once you are on the City Rummy app, you can register by entering your mobile number and getting it verified via an OTP. Once you verify your Mobile, you can proceed to set up an MPIN and Fingerprint or Face ID for future logins.

I am not getting an OTP, what should I do?
You should receive an OTP within about 2 minutes of entering your mobile number. Ensure that the mobile number entered is correct and your network connectivity is strong enough. Please Click on Re-send in case you do not get an OTP within 2 minutes.

In case, you do not receive the OTP even after clicking Re-send, please write to us at [email protected] and forget to mention your Mobile Number.

I am not able to login into my account?
You may encounter Sign-up problems due to various reasons. The primary reason might be that you are entering an incorrect Mobile Number or do not receive an OTP. If you have forgotten your MPIN then please select  and proceed to reset your MPIN by re-verifying your Mobile Number again via OTP.

Can I have multiple accounts with CityRummy?
No. As per the Terms & Conditions of CityRummy, a user is allowed to have only one account under his/her name. If we find any such fraudulent activities of a user, CityRummy holds all the rights to ban the user from using the CityRummy app and/or any of its services.

I have mistakenly created multiple accounts with CityRummy. What do I do now?
As per the Terms & Conditions of CityRummy, a user is allowed to have only one account under his/her name. If a user is found to be using multiple accounts, CityRummy holds all the rights to ban such duplicate accounts or all accounts of such user from using the CityRummy app/ any of its services. However, in case if it has happened mistakenly, then you have to mail us stating the other accounts you want us to delete, so that you can hold only once account with City Rummy.

Can I update/change my username?
Yes. You can change your username to your liking. However, it may be noted that the username can be changed only once, after which it cannot be changed again.

How will I receive my winnings?
The winning amount is automatically credited to Winnings Accounts of your City Rummy wallet after the completion of any Cash Rummy Game. User may withdraw or use it again in other Cash Rummy Games.

How can I use the Bonus I received?
Every time you finish a Cash Rummy Game, an amount equivalent to your Table in that game, will be transferred from your Issued account to your Usable Bonus account. You may utilize the Usable Bonus account to play Cash Rummy Games & Win Cash that you can withdraw immediately.

How do I add money?

You can add cash to your City Rummy account by clicking on the Add Cash tab, enter the amount you wish to add and select a payment method. You may make the payment through Debit/Credit card, Net banking, Wallet, and UPI.

What if my transaction fails and the amount is deducted from my bank account?

When making a deposit to your account, if the transaction fails due to unknown reasons and the amount is deducted from your payment gateway wallet and not credited in your City Rummy user account, please contact the payment gateway on which you transacted to get the refund or alternatively you can contact our support team for assistance.

How long does it take for my deposited amount to be credited into my City Rummy account balance?

The account balance of your City Rummy will be updated immediately after you make a deposit to your account however in some rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the transaction to reflect on City Rummy. How do I withdraw money?

Once your account is verified, you will be allowed to withdraw money from the Wallet Page of your City Rummy App. You can withdraw a minimum of Rs.200/- and a maximum of Rs.50,000/- in a day. Further, the amount withdrawn will be deposited to your bank account within a time period of 2-3 days.

Can I withdraw the bonus earned from City Rummy promotions?

The amounts in your Issued Bonus account and Usable Bonus account are not available to withdraw. You may use the balance in Usable Bonus to play Cash Rummy Games & Win Cash which can be withdrawn.

How do I access my recent transactions?

You can access all your recent transactions in your Recent Transactions page which can be accessed from Wallet page.

What details do I have to provide for withdrawal?

Is Rummy legal in India?

City Rummy does not allow any individual below the age of 18 to participate or use the services provided by City Rummy. City Rummy may ban your account if we find out that you are under the age of 18.

Is City Rummy available in all states of India?

City Rummy does not allow individuals residing in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya or Telangana to participate or join in paid Contest(s) as the laws of these states are not clear about the legality of games of skill where participants are required to pay to enter.

Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?

In the event when the Winning amount crosses the mark of Rs.10,000/-, a tax of 30.9% is imposed on the amount which is paid off by City Rummy by deducting the tax amount from the winning amount. However, the users are provided TDS certificates in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1961. In addition, the user shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable taxes, including (but not limited to), income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the Cash Prizes money won.

Why havent I received my referral bonus?
